On Friday, October 28, Friends of the High Line debuted Sue de Beer’s Haunt Room, an interactive structure designed to induce haunted feelings with infrasound, an audio tone below the threshold of human hearing.
Haunt Room is located in the 14th Street Passage on the High Line. Read More
Take a Stroll on the High Line with Google Street View
Google Street View now features the High Line between Gansevoort Street and West 30th Street, allowing you to plan your visit, take a virtual stroll, and explore the park in a whole new way. As part of an broader initiative to give virtual access to parks around the world, Google visited the High Line in June, 2011 to capture the park in the glory of spring.

The future of the final section of the High Line at the West Side Rail Yards took a major step forward today.
For the very first time, all stakeholders have now publicly stated their commitment to preserving and transforming the High Line at the West Side Rail Yards, including the spur over 10th Avenue, into public open space.
