The High Line Web Shop offers FREE Ground shipping for all purchases over $50 (valid only for orders shipped within the Continental U.S.).

Shipping Information
Our preferred domestic shipping carrier is UPS. UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, nor do they deliver to Post Office boxes. All orders must be shipped to a street address. International orders will be shipped via United States Postal Service.

Processing Time
Order fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders received Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed on Monday or by the end of business day Tuesday. Orders received after 3PM EST will be processed the following day.

Q: Can I get a tracking number for my online purchase?
FHL will provide all UPS orders with a tracking number via the email address used during purchase. The tracking number will be sent before the order has been shipped.

Q: When will my order arrive?
All domestic product orders are shipped via UPS Ground, except orders which have requested expedited delivery (additional charge will apply). Please note, order fulfillment occurs Monday through Friday (excluding U.S. federal holidays). Orders received Monday through Friday are usually processed the same day or by the end of the next business day. Orders received on Saturday or Sunday are usually processed on Monday or by the end of business day Tuesday. Any order received after 3PM EST will be processed the following day.

Q: Does the High Line Web Shop ship internationally?
Yes. Additional charges will apply (see chart above).

Q: What is the High Line Web Shop return policy?
All sales via the High Line Web Shop are final unless the item(s) arrive in a damaged condition, in which case they will be replaced at no additional charge.
